YouTube partners get benefits like auto play, banners, and more.
Don't listen to that guy that said you have to get a premium account. That'll happen when hell freezes over. NEVER. YouTube doesn't even offer that.
If you think you have what it takes to be a partner (Do you have over 100,000 channel views? Over 250 Subscribers and Friends? Thousands of Video Views?) If not don't apply. Also a little hint to get more views is add more words to your tags when you make a video.
