Me and a few friends are planning on advertising for an event this Friday. It's really snowy outside and we were going to stomp a banner in the snow and pour red kool aid in the snow to make it jump out. We're just not all too sure it's legal.|||In the snow ... where? In your own yards, it's perfectly legal. In the front yard of the police station, probably not so much.
Get permission from whoever owns the snow and you should be good to go.|||When it comes to advertising, people do not know what is good and what sucks until they see it. Create an ad from a subconscious intuitive level because that is the level people use to "rate" ads and take action upon them
