On the Buffalo Bills helmet, what does the red stripe on the buffalo stand for?

Buffalo Bills used to only have a red buffalo on their helmets. They added a stripe, scarf, banner or something to it. What does it signify?|||It doesn't signify anything....it's just a different design|||its blood. the Buffalo just ran over a Cowboy

|||Its a cashmere scarf

It means the buffalo has a cold neck, and so they have accommodated said buffalo|||Streak lines. To make the Bills go faster :D|||I don't think that it signifies anything. But I could be wrong.|||It signifies a cooler logo. Probably makes it fit better with their uniforms and helmets, since the stripe is red if I'm not mistaken.

    1. Agreed. That stripe is stupid and meaningless. As well, it serves as an image for the opposite of, “less is more”. Just should have went from standing Buffalo to charging Buffalo.
